At the inception, we fully focused on IT, Telecom and Networking Companies,& closed many mandates in IT, Telecom and Networking companies based in Mumbai on ERP,Datawarehousing,EAI,J2EE,Tuxedo Telecom skill sets, networking solutions like CISCO,Nortel.Operating system such as Sun Solaris,HP,UX,NT server and monitoring tools like HP openview and Tivioli.

In 2002 when Call centers developed in a big way in India, we started extensive recruitment for call centers right from agent level to mid and senior level. We soon became a trusted name for mid and senior level recruitment in BPO. We slowly expanded our wing for recruitment in Construction, Oil and gas, Fashion industry, Travel and Hospitality, Education, Designing Industry, FMCG etc.

We have always believed that a good recruitment company should not have any mind block & must be able to prove their mettle in any new industry. The root of this belief is our strong research based approach with excellent skill of head hunting and Industry wide talent mapping.
